Our team of personal trainers and team coaches are all REPs
qualified fitness professionals who specialise in many different
areas, such as weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports
specifics, nutrition and flexibility and now movement analysis we
can also offer you a five point health assessment.

Can I afford personal training?
The question is can I not afford to do personal training -
for just £20 you can get 2 x 30minute sessions as an introduction
to personal tuition however if you buy 1-3-5-10 sessions you get
discount on each down to as little as £20 per session
Ask yourself one question. How much money do I really spend on
maintaining myself? I bet you spend more on your car or even your
garden then looking after number 1.
